Refund Policy:

Is something wrong with your wine? Does it smell like wet cardboard? Like a barnyard? Like nail polish remover, vinegar, or rubber? It may be a faulty bottle. Do not rate this bottle and immediately contact help@palateclub.com.

At Palate Club we stand by our wine selection process and encourage you to enjoy the discovery of your personal palate. However, if you’re unsatisfied by any bottle, we will send you a replacement.* Contact our support at help@palateclub.com.

* A replacement bottle will be sent in your next paid shipment. In the case of multiple replacement bottles, we will send one replacement bottle per paid shipment until all replacement bottles have been sent. Limit 3 replacements per year. Our guarantee terminates if Palate Club has reasonable belief of abuse.

Cancellation Policy:

Members can cancel anytime, online or in the app, at no cost up to 2 days prior to their next shipment. Just set “Number of Bottles” to 0 in the shipping options. Cancellations made within 2 days of shipment will be charged to the member.

If a member profile has been dormant for one year (0 shipments) Palate Club reserves the right to deny access to the profile.

Please note that any replacement bottles are forfeited upon cancellation.

Legal Disclaimer

Palate Club is a licensed retailer in the state of California. Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from seller to buyer in the state of California, and California sales tax will be applied to each transaction. At this time, Palate Club does not ship to consumers outside of the state of California.

Alcoholic beverages may only be sold and delivered to persons who are at least 21 years old, and the person to whom delivery will be made must also be at least 21 years old with valid photo ID. An adult signature is required at time of delivery. By submitting your order electronically you agree to and accept understand the above conditions.

Shipping & Delivery Terms

All wine from Palate Club is shipped by ground. Fulfilment is provided by WineShipping LLC. Shipping and handling is included in the initial blind tasting shipment. Shipping for subsequent shipments will be $9.99 per shipment unless the checkout total exceeds $100; in that case, shipping costs will be included with purchase.

Delivery is expected to take 2 business days throughout the state of California. Tracking IDs for every order will be emailed to each member.

Limitation of Liability

Member purchase and use of any product from Palate Club is at Member’s risk. To the extent fully permitted by law, neither Palate Club nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering products is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of Member access to, or use of, goods purchased through use of Palate Club’s service. Unless expressly granted by these terms, all goods are sold “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
