Why do I have to blind taste wines?

Tasting the wines “blind,” without any information about the bottle, allows us to get the most accurate snapshot of your true preferences. Here you can dismiss any preconceived ideas about preference or quality of the wines to discover which styles you enjoy most.

What if I don’t like the wines you ship to me?

For your first couple shipments, Palate Club encourages you to enjoy the discovery of your personal preferences. There will certainly be some that you prefer more than others! The more you interact with the app, the more specifically we can cater the wines to your palate. The intention of the first bundle is to taste and better understand your palate. However, if you are not satisfied with a specific bottle for any following shipping, we will replace that bottle — free of charge — with the purchase of your next shipment. Simply contact us.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We would hate to see you go! But, yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, select “0 Bottles” under your shipping options screen. You can reactivate your account at any moment simply by selecting a number of bottles to be shipped.

Monthly shipments are too much! Can I change the frequency of shipments?

We offer flexibility in shipping. Shipment frequency can be adjusted to monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months. Simply select “0 Bottles” for your next shipment online or through our app, then choose the shipping frequency that works best for you.

Do you have a food pairing section?

Why didn’t I get my wines?

Please ensure that your listed delivery address and billing information are current under your portfolio. An adult over the age of 21 with valid ID must be present to accept the package. If otherwise in doubt, contact us.

When will my wines arrive?

Each confirmation email you receive for your monthly shipment will have a tracking number included. Please refer to this email and check your tracking number for a more precise date.

Is Palate Club also for connoisseurs?

Absolutely! Palate Club wines are selected by expert sommeliers to ensure that the best wines are chosen at every price point. We firmly believe that experimenting with your preferences is intriguing for all levels of wine lovers, without any pretention to labels or social circles.

Why don’t you have wines under $17?

Palate Club takes pride in finding excellent value to our service and product. Shipping, packaging, storage, importing, and data science that delivers a wine club membership catered to your personal palate are all costs that are factored into our purchases. Why don’t you have wines Over $59?

We strongly believe that we can offer great wines at a competitive price point! Contact us for our VIP personalized offer for wines ranging from $60 to $200 and above.

We go out of our way to source the most unique wines at every price point. This means we are guaranteeing the best value for your shipment, and sometimes discounts just aren’t possible. In place of rebates, we want to offer you the best in-app wine purchasing experience with wine selected personally for you. As a loyal Palate Club member, you will receive gifts from us in thanks.

Why do I have to choose red or white for my first bundle?

We want to give you the most accurate representation of your palate preferences as possible. The attributes between red and white are different, which is why we offer one bundle for each. You can update your shipping preferences after your initial bundle. You can start with either of the bundles or order both.
